FYI, in attempting to join with a Full memebership via PayPal I am encountering a technical issue. When logging in with my existing account (to pay), it re-directs me to a screen with this message:
“The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again.”
You may want to go through the process with some other accounts to see if this is more than an intermittent issue.
